We use Canada Post as our carrier. All packages leaving Canada must pass thru customs. The buyer is responsible for any additional duty or taxes on the package. Shipping prices do not include insurance or tracking.
If you would like either, please contact us for pricing and we'll add it to your purchase. By not choosing to insure or track your package you acknowledge that YOU run the risk of having your package damaged or lost. You will see a charge of 12.50 for shipping. That is the most shipping will be without insurance or tracking. If we ship your package for less, we'll refund the difference when we process your order (less a small handling fee).
